Rosie Gowans is a freelance print designer and artist living and working in Scotland.

Rosie’s work has been used for fashion and interiors by high-end and high-street brands around the world including the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, China, Japan and South Korea.

From conversational prints to abstract and painterly florals, Rosie’s work is recognisable for its strong sense of colour and flowing layouts.

From the east coast of Scotland to east London

Rosie grew up by the River Tay on the east coast of Scotland in Dundee, a city famed for its history of creativity and innovation. She graduated in Textile Design from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 2010.

After graduating she moved to London to worked as an in-house women’s wear print designer at a number of top design studios, including most recently at Camilla Frances Prints.
